I'm an Intern at CollegeHumor.com. How exciting.
I did my first drop-off laundry service. It’s not much more than me doing my laundry myself… and they fold it ridiculously better than I do. And here’s the good thing, they tie my underwear together like a little Christmas package. I feel like a celebrity cause some stranger folds my boxers.
I crossed the Brooklyn Bridge today since it was my day off… and I wanted to get away from my stories on CBS. Afterwards I walked around Brooklyn Heights and had a drink. Overall- fantastic afternoon.
Below is the article I wrote and published today.
Alright, after about two weeks down here in Brooklyn, I’m slowly adjusting to this… intense lifestyle. Suprisingly there aren’t a lot of differences between Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Suburbia Connecticut. I know what you’re saying, “God Doug, what are you talking about, that’s the craziest thing ever-and might I say you’re cute.” But trust me:
Similarities between Brooklyn and Connecticut:
- There are planes in the sky
- Sometimes it gets hot
- Both have the letter “o” in their names.
Told ya so…
